As 2024 comes to a close, we want wish you a Happy New Year!
Thank you for being connected to Hasten Nations and the ministry work we have dedicated our lives to steward. Your donations, encouragement, and prayers lifts our arms every day.
As 2025 approaches, our family has committed the first quarter to expanding Hasten’s work in Nepal. We have another kid’s home in the works, multiple outreaches in the plans, and we feel the need to begin raising up younger Nepali leaders. Our plans have our family (the first time for the kids!) in South Asia for the first few months of the year, where we will be heavily involved in evangelism, training, and leadership. We will also be researching expansion into two other nations in the next few years.
In the USA, we are in the very beginning of planning a new mission endeavor in a major US city. In our beloved nation, human trafficking has exploded, lawlessness abounds, and people are more desperate than ever for God’s love. We will be announcing more later this next year, but we are very excited about moving to this new city (after our time in Asia) and being a part of a revolution for Jesus right here in the USA! Please pray for our family.
Before I close this letter, I would like to share the biggest lesson I (Dustan) have learned in 2024.
Life is full of In-Seasons and Out-of-Seasons. We are called to be ready and fruitful in all of it. We are called to rejoice in it all. We are called to pray through it all. We are called to shine through it all! We are to be God’s people: steady, solid, with our feet firmly planted on the Rock (Jesus!)! Sometimes, the climb may be slower and harder than others, but we keep our feet moving forward on the Way of Life!
I pray that 2025 will be a season of steady: steady feet, steady progress, with no more ups and downs and in and outs. May you walk steadily forward in the perfect will of God! May your year be one of joy unspeakable and may the Glory of the Lord shine upon you and your family the entire year! Remember, you, in Christ, are unmovable!
As 2025 comes, will you keep us, our children, and Hasten Nations in your prayers. This is new for us, traveling with the kids, so please cover us like never before!
